This year, Joe and I opted to spend Christmas in Palm Springs, hoping to enjoy some sunny, warm weather. We didn’t get much sun or warmth, but we did have a lovely time, making it to Joshua Tree, Disneyland and Sierra Madre, where my sister Dianna and her family lives.
